회사는 오늘날 산타페 빌딩으로 잘 알려진 유서 깊은 지하철 환승빌딩의 최고층에 위치한다. 이 곳은 또한 다니엘 번햄이 설계하여 1904년 완공 후 그의 설계사무소로 쓰인 곳이기도 하다.

Program
2,090㎡ 규모의 바닥면적에는 64개의 워크스테이션, 6인의 파트너 사무실, 두 개의 넓은 컨퍼런스 룸과 비전문직 직원의 업무공간, 리셉션 공간이 배치되었다. 또한 반-사적인 회의실과 워크숍 영역(breakout area), 도서관, 모형실, 점심 식사실 등이 추가로 계획되었다.

Concept
사무실 진입부는 스테인리스 강구조로 작동하는 슬라이딩 도어와 전면유리의 개방적인 입면으로 특징적인 분위기를 연출한다. 백색 카라라 대리석이 리셉션 영역과 아트리움을 둘러싼 복도의 마감재로 사용돼 내부의 주동선을 인지시키며 공간의 통일성을 부여한다. 2.1m 직경으로 돌출된 7개의 원형 창, 도넛형태의 평면, 자연광이 비춰진 대형 아트리움 등의 특징적인 요소들을 중심으로 실내 디자인이 계획되었다.
개방형 스튜디오는 높이가 낮고, 길이가 긴 선형의 워크스테이션으로 배치되고, 창문과 천창으로 열린 조망이 가능하다. 또한 깊은 사고와 생산적인 업무환경을 위해 충분한 프라이버시를 제공했다. 회사의 모던한 아름다움을 강조하기위해 모든 회의실과 중역실에는 리듬 있게 반복되는 원형 창을 계획하고, 천정높이로 구획된 유리파티션으로 복도와 분리시켰다.

Site
The firm? offices are located on the top floor of the historic Railway Exchange Building, now known as the Santa Fe Building, which was designed by Daniel Burnham and, upon completion in 1904, housed Burnham? offices.
Program
The 22,500-square-foot floor plate provides space for 64 workstations, six partner offices, two large conference rooms, a variety of work areas for non-technical personnel, and a reception area. Semi-private meeting areas, breakout areas, a library, model shop and lunchroom are also provided.
Concept
The office entry is defined by a full-glass enclosure with doors that slide on a unique stainless-steel support system. A white Carrara marble floor flows through the reception area and around the atrium, identifying primary circulation and unifying the space. The office design responds to a number of the building? unique features, including prominent 7-foot-diameter circular windows, a donut-shaped plan, and a large, skylit atrium.
The open-plan studio is fitted with low, linear workstations that allow clear views to the windows and skylight while providing enough privacy to provide a contemplative and productive work environment. Reinforcing the firm? modern aesthetic, all meeting rooms and executive offices respond to the rhythm of the circular windows and are separated from circulation corridors by full-height glass partitions.
