Hospitality and Residential Goettsch Partners has developed a robust hospitality and residential design portfolio in recent years with projects that span the globe. Properties range in size from 100 to nearly 1,000 rooms either as stand-alone buildings oras key components of large, mixed-use developments up to 4.5million square feet. Operators for the hotel projects include some of the industry's top names: Accor, Four Seasons, Hyatt, InterContinental, Marriott and Starwood. These properties are primarily urban luxury developments in prime locations with exclusive amenities.
