Can Canto Official Protection Housing

이 프로젝트는 사용자들의 생활방식과 소통하기 위해 기존 조건과 도시개발 조건을 결합 하고 있다.
도시: 건축과 주변환경의 상호소통 건축가들은 독특한 형상의 건물을 세워 복잡한 주변 환경에 대한 응답을 시도하였다. 다양한 높이의 볼륨은 태양의 방향과 환기를 최대한 활용 하며, 빈 공간들과 실내 중정 간의 유희는 공간활용을 극대화하였다.
유일한 중심코어는 모든 주택으로 연결된다. 외장재로 쓰인 건널판들은 맞통풍을 유도하면서 파사드를 해방시키고, 주요 영역들이 위치한 곳에는 역동적인 외피도 사용되었다. 나선형 배치로 인해, 다양한 주택에서 테라스와 정원 등의 자유로운 외부공간이 확보될 수 있다.
생활방식: 건축과 사용자의 상호소통 지중해 문화에서는 공적 공간과 사적 공간 사이의 전이가 언제나 순차적인 무언가로 이해되어왔으며, 여기서 실내의 뜰이나 지붕을 덮은 가로, 현관, 혹은 퍼골라 등의 매개공간들은 사람들이 상호 소통하는 공간으로서 매우 중요한 역할을 맡는다.
이런 의도 하에서 건물의 진입은 서로 간에 통행이 일어나는 두 가로에서부터 이뤄지고, 실내 중정에 조성되는 분위기는 이웃들 간에 사회적인 삶을 실천토록 자극한다.
자연순응형 시스템을 최대한 활용하는 경제성과 지속가능성, 그리고 이들의 건축에 전형적인 사회적 가치와 편안함을 추구하고 있다.

The project combines the preexistences and the urban development conditions, to interact with the users’ way of life.
City: Interaction architecture - surroundings On the one hand, we try to give a response to the complex surroundings by raising a building with an own geometry. A volume with different heights that takes the most advantage of solar orientation and ventilation where the game between emptinesses, hollows and interior court gets the maximum use of the space. The only central core leads to all the housings. The use of exterior covered gangplanks facilitates the crossed ventilation and the facades’ liberation, and also leads to the use of an exterior dynamic skin where the principal areas are located.
Thanks to its spiral form the differents housings are allowed to have free exterior spaces such as terraces and gardens.
Way of life: Interaction architecture - user In the Mediterranean, culture the transition between the public and the private spaces has always been understood as something sequential, where the intermediate spaces like the interior courts or the covered streets, the porches or the pergolas, have a very important role as spaces where people interact.
With this intention the building access is promoted from both streets generating a traffic between them and giving to the interior court the aptitude to stir the social life into action between the neighbors. Economy and sustainability taking the most advantage of the passive systems, but also promoting the social values and comfort typical of our architecture.
