Alternative Territories book is developed from the 10 serial issues which titled 'Another Scale of Architecture-Young Korean
architects in the world' were published on Korean magazine 'Architecture and Culture' by Jungwoo Ji, an architect based in New
York and Seoul from June, 2006 to December, 2007 in addition to their essays and current works. The interview with emerging
Korean architects who were actively pioneering the new path outside of Korea has taken place once every two months. The
essential point of my development plan was to introduce their projects to spotlight the 'different' possibilities and spectrums of
the past and present Korean architecture. The two and a half years have passed since the time when the first issue of 'Architecture
and Culture' was published. At the present moment, this opportunity would be of great interest to many who wish to retrace the
stories of the past from the perspective of future in a way to see what was seen as the possibilities in the eyes of those who are
